Giorgos and Maria’s accommodation is based in the centre of Crete’s southern edge. That makes it easy to reach some of the most popular and attractive places of the island. Damnoni beach and other smaller or bigger beaches though are just a few hundred meters away, in all of which you can enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Libyan Sea.

You are welcome to enjoy quiet and relaxing vacations with your loved ones. It is suitable also for families due to the safe environment, the vast green, the playground and the facilities of the whole resort.

Giorgos and Maria’s accommodation is 700 meters away from Damnoni beach. Just next to it there is Ammoudi beach and Schinaria. From the other side is Plakias village with a long beach and small gulfs around, each one with its own beauty, ending to Souda beach. Another wonderful place that should be visited is the Preveli river with the palm forest which ends in a beautiful beach. Just above this, there is the Monastery of Preveli which carries a long history. 

Due to the location of the accommodation, it will be easy enough to visit Fragokastello with a historical castle and an exotic beach with sand thins. Do not forget Hora Sfakion,  Loutro, and Agia Rumeli, the end of the famous Samaria Gorge. For mountain lovers White Mountains are suggested, from the same side, with a lot of gorges to pass through and a botanic park to visit. You can also find interesting walking paths that lead to tops with unforgettable views, close to the accommodation, like Timios Stavros. From the Eastern side, you can find dreamy beaches like Agios Pavlos and Triopetra or even visit traditional villages like Spili. Rethymno city is just 32 km away, a place that no one should miss. Out of the town is easy to reach Arkadi historical Monastery. Chania city is also an incredible town 85km from the accommodation. Finally, do not forget the highest mountain of Crete, Psiloritis with a lot of paths to follow till the tops.
